The chalet Perdrix is located on the sunny side of the town.
It is in the middle of the main street, literally on top of the Killy family’s very fashionable Fondue Factory, just yards from everything of interest in Val d’Isère and a four-minute walk to the lifts and slopes.

Chalet Perdrix is a fully catered chalet for exclusive use for full weeks or short breaks.

The property has stacks of appeal from the sympathetically re-furbished interior to the airy, open-plan living area which impresses in sheer spaciousness.

A wide bi-fold door system, accessing the surrounding balcony, floods the living room with light and frames the stunning mountains opposite. 

Multiple balconies and terraces offer the perfect spot to enjoy the views.

Delicious, soul-warming 4 course evening meals, served with a selection of quality wines, which vary daily, alongside a choice of cooked and continental breakfasts each morning.
Complimentary pre-dinner bar with canapés and snacks to start the evening.
Afternoon tea and coffee and freshly-baked cakes are served daily.

The whole first floor makes up the chalet’s living space.
The sitting room features a large, soft seating area by the fire, with ample sofa space for everyone. This leads into the double-height dining area, which is overlooked by a mezzanine – perfect for the kids to lounge about in.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is offset from the dining area and has room to offer a bar and drinks corner.
There are 5 large bedrooms, all of which can be either kingsize doubles or twins, with the top floor bedroom also having 2 further beds, to make it a quad suitable for a family.
The bedrooms are spread throughout the property with 3 being on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor and the family room on the 2nd floor.
Most of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, and all have contemporary en-suite bathrooms with either walk in showers or bath/shower.
The upper balconies are wide and spacious enough to have seating from which you can lounge around on to enjoy one of the best views in Morzine .
