Le Roc Belle Face residence in Arc 1600 is located at the foot of the slopes, offering ski-in/ski-out access.

The residence is set on the mountain side at the heart of the resort.

Le Roc Belle Face is conveniently located next to the funicular terminal with a direct link to the Eurostar train station in Bourg-Saint-Maurice (7 minutes) and just 50m away from the new Mont Blanc ski-lift. 

The residence offers 122 apartments, shared between several buildings (lift in majority of the residence buildings).

1 Bed Alcove Split-Level Apt:

Sleeps up to 6; approx. 45m². Living area with double sofa-bed. Upstairs: bedroom sleeps 2, alcove with bunks, bathroom OR shower + extra bathroom.

2 Bedrooom Apartment:

Sleeps up to 6; approx. 58m². Living area with double sofa-bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bedroom with bunks, bathroom.

2 Bedrooom Alcove Apartment:

Sleeps up to 8; approx. 63-75m². Living area with double sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, alcove with bunks (sometimes upstairs), bathroom and shower. Apartments are sometimes split-level.

3 Bed Split-Level Alcove Apt:

Sleeps up to 10; approx. 102m². Living area with double sofa bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, alcove with bunks, bathroom and shower.

Accomodation Sleeps 10 / 12:

Made up of one 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 and one two bedroom alcove OR split-level apartment sleeping up to 8. Apartments are next to or facing each other, and are non-communicating.
