Valloire Ski Pass

Valloire ski pass – Valloire ski pass can be booked online and it’s best booked along with your accommodation; well in advance. The pass allows you to discover a rustic and traditional resort that should top your bucket list. The resort stands at the crossroad where Northern and Southern French mountains meet and it’s around 100 km from Chambéry airport.

There is a 17th-century Baroque church at the centre of the village but it’s the general laidback vibe that makes the resort unique. The relaxed ambiance is perfect for families and people who want to enjoy great skiing in a calm atmosphere and with great value for money.

Together with the neighbouring Valmeinier resort, A Valloire ski pass gives you access to 150km of awesomely groomed slopes which are excellent for beginners and intermediaries.

If you are a beginner, you’ll enjoy the nursery slopes that are set at the top of the mountain, a perfect location that almost guarantees superb slopes conditions.

This is not to say avid skiers aren’t catered for. There are good selections of reds and blacks runs which can keep you busy for your entire visit. If you are an advanced skier and a thrill-seeker, probably the blacks at Le Crey Rond would give you a great challenge.

There is also an expansive off-piste terrain which is excellent for adventurous pro skiers but they’re best explored with a knowledgeable guide.

The snow conditions are mostly reliable especially because the runs are north-facing which means they receive less sunlight and this helps the slopes retain fresh snow for longer without getting slushy.

This also means the resort is open for much longer into the season which means you can visit during the off-season and still have memorable ski moments.
