Chalet Serac in Chamonix is a semi-detached chalet of 120 m², located in the area of ‘Les Praz’ which is 2.5km from Chamonix.
Chalet Serac can sleep up to 7 people and has three bedrooms. The chalet has a balcony plus a terrace with views of Mont Blanc and Les Drus, it also comes with a sauna and washing machine which are under ground , a ski locker and a garage.
The spacious living area is bright as it has the doors leading out on to the terrace, it has sofas and chairs around the fireplace together with a TV, DVD player, CD player WIFI internet connection plus the dining area which has a table and chairs.
There is a separate WC on this floor. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.
On the first floor are the bedrooms – two have double beds, one has a TV and a balcony and the other room is a triple that has a double bed and a single sofa bed. The chalet also has two bathrooms – one has a bath and in the other is a bath plus a shower and there are two separate WC’s.
