It is located on the ground level of this South facing residence with a terrace that has views of Mont Blanc.

Situated in the centre of Chamonix this apartment also comes with ski locker and a under ground car park.

The living area is spacious and bright as it has the door leading out onto the terrace. The living room has a double sofa bed together with a flat screen TV, DVD player and WIFI internet connection.

The dining area which has a table and chairs is next to the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and comes with a microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob plus a cooker hood.

There is one twin bedroom with two single beds, one double bedroom with a double bed and both of them have a en-suite shower plus one has a WC.

In the third bedroom which is smaller is a set of bunk beds. Bathroom with a bath, washing machine /dryer and a separate WC.
