Chalet Haut Brion in Sainte Foy is in the perfect ski-in, ski-out location; you can almost hear the skiers whizz past on the Retour Batailletaz slope at the rear of the chalet. To the front you overlook the nursery slopes.

Chalet Haut Brion in Sainte Foy is spread over 5 floors, this is one of the largest chalets in the exclusive Haut de Monal group, allowing for plenty of lovely spacious bedrooms.

Ground Floor & Garage: The ground floor entry level has a private garage and spacious boot room equipped with boot heaters and plenty of hanging space plus access to the private lift which will effortlessly carry you to the other floors.

The Bedrooms: The bedrooms are generously spread over two floors. The first floor includes the spacious master bedroom, boasting a stunning outlook to Mont Pourri.

Equipped with a built in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath + shower attachment and W/C. On this level, there is also a separate washing machine and drying area next to the lift as well as a separate toilet.

The second floor has 3 further rooms. Bedroom 2 has a corner bath in the ensuite with vanity unit and w/c and a large walk in wardrobe, plus access to the hot tub is on the side terrace with it’s breath-taking views. 

Bedroom 3 has a built in wardrobe, ensuite shower room and access to a large balcony in front.

Bedroom 4 has double patio doors leading onto the balcony, and built-in wardrobe. It shares a separate shower room with toilet and basin with bedroom 5 (a separate small child’s room next door), making it perfect as a family suite.Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 boast stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The Living & Dining Room: The chalet is cleverly designed to make the most of the mountain views with the spacious living and dining area located on the 4th floor where you will be greeted by the view of Mont Pourri.  

There is cosy seating around the log fire and a generous dining area with bespoke dining table.

There are two wide balconies leading off the dining area with access to a covered, private terrace offering fabulous views.

There is further space above on the mezzanine area where you can retreat to contemplate the view, relax and read a book or our younger guests to play. A sofa bed can be made up here on request.

The Kitchen: Is brand new and well-equipped with quality appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and induction hob. Complementing the kitchen, there is also a separate utility room with modern appliances and extra storage.
