With its exceptional location, the Chalet La Petite Pia in Meribel is a short walk to MĆ©ribelās lively centre and a five minute chauffeur-driven minibus ride to the ski lifts.
The Chalet La Petite Pia in Meribel is quite simply enchanting. With cosy corners and roaring fires, this delightful chalet blends fantastic modern facilities with a truly homely feel, making it a relaxing escape from a long day on the slopes.
And with extensive views from its large, sunny balconies, you can continue to enjoy the Alps even when the skis are off.
Spread over three beautifully furnished floors, the interior boasts stunning polished wood and tiled flooring and in true alpine style, wood-panelled walls. From the sumptuous furniture to the luxurious rugs and warm lighting, itās clear La Petite Pia has been lovingly decorated by its interior designer owner.
The chaletās heart is its split-level convivial living and dining area, complete with a large stone fireplace, high ceilings, well-equipped bar and āsnugā TV room on the mezzanine.
The enormous and warmly decorated master suite is on the middle floor. With its private sitting room, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, youāll feel truly spoilt day and night. For a quiet moment enjoying the views, the large picture windows open onto the bedroomās secluded balcony, which shows off the west side of the valley.
The large and elegant second bedroom features charming wood-panelled walls, its own small balcony and separate loo and basin plus bathroom complete with a claw-foot bath.
The lower floor has a further two smaller but nonetheless enchantingly decorated bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. There is also second spacious TV/play/day room with doors leading out to the large private lower terrace and garden.
And for melting away your day on the slopes, the huge outdoor hot tub awaits you.
Breakfast:
Setting yourself up for a great day on the slopes and rewarding yourself afterwards are some of the best elements of a skiing holiday. You’ll start your day with a beautifully presented breakfast of fruit juices, a freshly made “smoothie” or fruit / vegetable juice, fresh coffees, teas, yoghurts, cereals, porridge, a hot dish – like a “Eggs Royale” or a “full English breakfast”, jambon cru, cheeses, fresh fruit salad, fresh bread and freshly baked croissants and jams.
Afternoon tea and cakes:
After your day on the slopes, homemade cakes and biscuits await you in the sitting room.
Dinner:
Dinner is the piĆØce de rĆ©sistance. Before your meal, canapĆ©s and champagne allow you to unwind in true style. You’re then treated to an exceptional four-course meal, rounded off with freshly ground coffee, a digestif and homemade truffles.
Those little extras:
The owners are more than happy to tailor your meals to your dietary preferences. A range of teas, coffees and fresh fruit are available at any time along with a complimentary bar of champagne, wine, spirits, beer and mixers.
