Chalet l’Ancetre in Avoriaz is ski to the door and very close to e Chalet-Hotel Au Coin du Feu. The chalet is ideal for 2 families sharing and can sleep up to 9 people.

The nearest ski lift is a short walk of about 150 metres and you can ski right up to the chalet as the piste finishes just opposite the chalet.

Chalet l’Ancetre in Avoriaz has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, including a family room for 4 people, a double room with a cot and a twin room. 

The rustic style kitchen has all modern facilities and the living area has a log fire and large flat screen TV. 

All rooms are at ground floor level apart from the twin bedroom, at basement level from stairs leading from the living area.

All food served in the chalet hotel next door.

Meal times begin with canapés served in the bar from 7.45pm, and a cheese course accompanies dessert, followed by coffee and chocolates. A sample menu is below:

This is usually the chalet host day off. A continental breakfast is served in the morning and on request they will cook pizzas for children to eat at 5.30pm. 

The hosts can then recommend some excellent restaurants in Morzine or more locally in Les Prodains. If you wish, they will make table reservations for you and arrange transportation.
