2 Room Apartment Sleeping 1 – 4 people Approx 34m²:

The spacious, ambient Living space features an exposed pine ceiling and benefits from a flat screen TV. The comfortable sitting area also offers a dining area with balcony access. A flight of open tread ladder stairs leads upstairs, to an open group/family-friendly sleeping area (Bedroom 2).
A modern Kitchen with fitted red cabinets features just off from the Living room, and is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine and fridge.
Downstairs, a Single guest bedroom with En-suite WC provides added flexibility for a child or extra travel guest. The Living room also features a pull-out Sofa bed for 2.
Upstairs, the low beamed ceiling of the loft-style Mezzanine floor provides an ambient space in which 2 couples or 4 Single guests can be accommodated. Each of the two Double beds upstairs can be kept separate as twin Single (joinable) beds, or joined to form a Double.
A modern fitted bathroom with bath tub, shower tap, wash basin and WC features on the same floor as the Living room.
Outside, the chalet residence benefits from communal parking and access to a shared garden.

The 2nd floor retreat is easily accessed by lift and is equipped with cosy underfloor heating. The pet-friendly also oozes an effortless flow, with its spacious open plan Living room leading out onto a mountain-view balcony.
A comfy L-shaped sofa with flat screen TV complements the scenic sitting room, alongside a practical Kitchen Diner.
Guests will find it equipped with a cooker hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge.
Flexible groups of 7 can easily be accommodated within the family-friendly layout; which comprises of a Double bedroom, a 2nd family bedroom with 2 Single beds and bunk beds. An extra Single bedroom offers added versatility.
The sleeping accommodation is complemented by a family bathroom fitted with a tub and separate WC.
The conveniently-placed residence also benefits from resident parking and access to a sunny shared garden.

4 Room Apartment Sleeping 1 – 6 people Approx 50m²:

The scenic open plan Living room is truly timeless and features a beamed ceiling and retains a rustic ski chalet charm.
The laid-back atmosphere is enhanced by a welcoming sitting area with TV, a lovely private balcony overlooking the river and an accompanying spot-lit Kitchen Diner.
Traditional in style, the family Kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.
Families and flexible groups of 6 will easily be accommodated within the 3 bedrooms provided. A Double Master bedroom with En-suite is accompanied by a 2nd child-friendly bedroom with bunk beds and a mansard level 3rd bedroom, which enjoys a lovely open layout and is furnished with 2 Single beds (reached via a flight of open tread stairs). A cloakroom WC also features to the downstairs, for added convenience.
The versatile Duplex also benefits from communal use of a sunny resident garden and parking area.
