With it coming up to December and the month of Christmas, we thought we would let you know about the Christmas ski chalets we have available, if you are considering getting away over the festive period.
These chalets and hotel, in Verbier, Switzerland, are totally accommodating for a different range of customers. From the three we have on offer, one is a hotel that can host up to 101 people. Of the two chalets, one holds 6-8 people and the other hosts 8-10.
And here will will let you know why these three options are the best group ski holidays you will find anywhere.
Chalet Hotel Montpelier
The bedrooms in this hotel are split over four floors and are on two sides of the building, and each has its own set of stairs and a lift.
The ‘pièce de la resistance’ in the Hotel Montpelier is definitely the Wellness Spa; it has an indoor swimming pool that is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the mountains and valleys of snow.
With numerous options for dining, this hotel is the winning one for us!
Chalet Hameau
This chalet is quite new and has been a marvellous addition to the Le Hameau area of Verbier. With amazing views to the Mont Blanc Massif, this chalet has been built in the traditional Swiss-style, whilst also accommodating modern features.
This five star accommodation comes with a breakfast buffet, hot and cold, and you will also receive a four-course meal on an evening; ideal after a long day skiing – then head to the steam room for the ultimate ending to your day.
Chalet Caprice
This penthouse chalet is actually situated on the top floors of the Hotel Montpelier. Whilst it is part of the hotel, it is run like an independent chalet, as in you will still have a chalet host, but you also gain from the use of the impressive facilities the hotel has to offer.
If you want to venture out of your chalet and the hotel, then you are only a short walk away from the shops and restaurants Verbier has, as well as the many aprés ski venues you will find.
The quickest way to the slopes is to use one of the free shuttle buses, but if you want to make your own way there then it is only a 10-12 minute walk.
You will not be let down with any of our Christmas ski options; you will enjoy it so much you won’t want to leave!
